Conduct interview to understand a client’s basic needs and requirements while also ascertain his preferred living lifestyle and design concept.

Design Requirements

Coordinate and compile crucial requirements eg. usage of space, size of storage and so on, to formulate initial ideas for design and planning solutions.

Preliminary Design

Propose an overall design concept and layout plan after site inspection for client’s approval.
